Cracked Concrete Cross-Stitching System
CTech-LLC® Crack-Weld™ is a uniquely crack control stitching system designed to permanently stop cracks in concrete slabs, columns, poured walls, masonry, concrete block foundations, industrial buildings, bridges, foundations, swimming pools, as well as preparation for floor coatings. The crack reinforcement & strengthening system is comprised of carbon fiber stitching staples embedded in a structural epoxy adhesive which can be used for vertical or horizontal crack repair. The carbon fiber stitching staples designed specifically for providing the necessary structural reinforcement and high strength epoxy adhesive increases bonding capabilities.
Additionally, Crack-Weld™ is designed for cracks of various sizes under virtually any circumstance and can even be used to increase seismic strength of repairs. Another benefit is the minimal aesthetic impact of the repair, which can easily be painted over or covered with a finishing product without the worry of the concrete crack spreading.
