Concrete Repair with Crack Injection System
The CTech-LLC® Injecta™ is a specially formulated injection system offering reliable solutions to repair concrete damage from hairline cracks right through to structural repairs. The injection system is ideal for repairing holes, spalls and cracks in concrete on bridges, reservoirs, tunnels, roads, floor and post tension slabs and any other load baring concrete asset.
The CTech-LLC® Injecta™ uses high-performance and rapid setting adhesive which is injected into concrete cracks via injection pump. Once cured, the repaired concrete cracks will be two to three times stronger than the original concrete, guaranteeing a long lasting and durable crack repair solution.
Resins for crack injection are available in a wide range of viscosities, from ultra-thin to paste-like are used to accommodate cracks of different widths and typically used on horizontal, vertical, and overhead cracks where conventional repair methods cannot penetrate or are too cost prohibitive.
