Pipeline Leak Repair Clamping System
CTech-LLC® Pipe Clamp™ system provides a compressive force for quick and safe temporary pipe leak containment. The system is a reliable on-line leakage repair that can be overwrapped various types of pipe diameters from 4’’ to 56’’ with specific geometries and without imposing additional load on damaged pipe. CTech-LLC® Pipe Clamp™ system includes compression belt and a rubber patch perfectly centered over a leak, providing localized clamping force. The result is a safe and reliable, temporary repair, without shutting down the line pressure. Our system has been designed specifically for various conditions including both onshore and offshore environments and leaks pressure up to 80 bars can be sealed up.Once the Pipe Clamp™ is installed and pipeline leaks sealed off, CTech-LLC® engineers can schedule to design an engineered permanent repair to prolong the life of the piping system.
